This files in this series are created by the Adirondack Park Agency Counsel's Office in the process of determining whether or not property subdivisions are pre-existing and thus exempt from land use or development permit requirements. Files include correspondence; memoranda; copies of maps, plans, and deeds; sketch maps; copies of permit applications; land title documentation; background research materials; and copies of final determinations.
