This series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the coordinator of the Community Facilities Project Guarantee Fund (CFPGF). The correspondence is largely concerned with the status of the projects guaranteed by the CFPGF -- their progress, financial stability, and strategies for preventing defaults.
18959-02: This accretion contains the Executive Deputy Commissioner's and Fund Coordinator's incoming and outgoing correspondence. Some of the issues documented include whether or not a project is proceeding appropriately, the inability of facility owners to meet their mortgage obligations, and strategies for preventing defaults.
