19528-97: Microfilm was produced by the Department of Public Service. Originals were destroyed after filming. Of 82 microfilm reels transferred to the Archives, 41 reels (diazo) were accessioned for reference use; 41 reels (master negative) were sent to the State Records Center for secure storage.
19528-00: Only original camera master negatives of these records are held by the State Archives at the Records Center (see Transfer List #00-08). No reproduction copies are available for research use.
19528-00B: This accretion consists of forty seven reels of diazo microfilm produced by the Department of Public Service. The master negatives were sent to the State Records Center for secure storage.
