Scope and Content Note
The series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence; memorandums; project summaries; project descriptions; consistency determinations and supporting reports; maps and drawings; status reports; public notices; evaluations and consistency review decisions.
The series pertains to those projects that are either directly funded by the federal government, require a federal permit, or involve actions by a federal agency such as the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Part of this accession (boxes 102-124) includes documents that supplement consistency review files.
19599-97A: This accretion consists of files for those coastal/waterfront revitalization projects funded by the federal government, those requiring a federal permit, and/or in which a federal agency is involved. Also included (boxes 26-34) are some State Consistency Review materials. The bulk of state materials remain at the agency at the time of this accession.
