This series documents the State's efforts to identify, decontaminate, track, and monitor radioactive and nuclear-manufacturing
sites, exclusive of nuclear power plants regulated by other offices or agencies. Records include assessment plans, feasibility
studies, contracts, survey reports, lab analyses, correspondence, and photographs. Particularly noteworthy are records relating
to the cleanup of the former site of EAD Metallurgy, Inc. in the town of Tonawanda.
