Scope and Content Note
These files include invitations received by Budget Director Carol E. Stone from various groups, background on the occasions for speeches, copies of the speeches presented (or, in some cases, talking points used when the Director did not use a formal text), copies of charts and other visual aids used as part of the presentations, press clippings concerning the speeches, and related records concerning the presentations.
