These records contain several bound volumes of newspaper clippings regarding a visit of the Moscow Musical Theatre for Children to the United States in 1986. These were collected by the New York State Theatre Institute (NYSTI) to document media reviews and coverage of the performances. The historic visit was an exchange paired with NYSTI's visit to Moscow the same year, following the resumption of cultural relations between the United States and the Soviet Union.
