Summary:
This series from the Limited Profit Housing Company provides evidence of the State's efforts to address the post-World War
II housing crunch and the records document all phases of the construction for over forty housing projects. Included are records
on neighborhood reviews, site selection, appraisal and purchase, financing, contracts and amendments, audits, and progress
reports. Also found is a contractors' bid application procedures manual; tenant applications; tenants complaint letters from
rental schedules and maintenance requests and schedules.
