Scope and Content Note
Most of these field notes consist of observations of birds made in New York and New England. Notes include information on species of bird, location where observed, bird activities, and weather conditions. Other volumes in this series contain notes on plant species observed during field trips. Two volumes contain extensive notes on photographer; description of subject of the photograph; and film, lighting, and exposure data.
