Custodial History
The minutes were filmed in 1978 under a grant from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission to the City Clerk of Buffalo. It was made upon condition that a master copy of film be deposited in the State Archives which, upon demand, would provide additional copies at cost (James B. Rhoads to Thomas Fitzpatrick, January 5, 1978).
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
