This collection was physically processed and its description was enhanced as part of the States' Impact on Federal Education Policy Project (SIFEPP), 2005. The New York Community Trust - Wallace Special Projects Fund provided funding for this project. In an effort to provide as much access as possible, documents containing personal information (e.g. Social Security Numbers, student records, etc) have been redacted (i.e. a photocopy with the SSN blacked-out has been substituted for the original document and annotated as such). The file folders containing redacted documents are unrestricted and remain in their original order.
