Scope and Content Note
This series consists of a handwritten ledger showing itemized disbursements of departmental revenue. The ledger covers expenditures for the influenza epidemic (1918-1919). Inserts cover the following: typewritten reports on salaries (1919); balance of influenza fund (undated); and "Epidemic Influenza Account - Salaries" (October 1918-January 1919). Although it is arranged chronologically, the series is divided into functional accounts as appropriated by the legislature. The index is arranged by account.
