Scope and Content Note

A typed carbon copy list of employees of the various State agencies.

Each entry includes: title of position; incumbent's name; date when entered the service of the state; and date of entrance in the specific appointment in the agency. Starting with the Executive Department, the entries are typed on printed forms and contain, in addition to the above categories: initial salary when entering service of the State; salary on entering; present salary; duty; and residence at the time of appointment (city only).
