Scope and Content Note
These records consist of standardized forms submitted by state agencies.
They contain seven schedules: (A) for salaries and services; (D) for general expenses; (E) for maintenance; (F) for permanent outlays; (G) for miscellaneous purpose; (H) portions of appropriations now in force estimated to lapse; and (I) portions of appropriations now in force estimated to be unexpended. The schedules detail items for expenditure, amount and remarks. The salary schedule contains employee names, position, character of duties, Civil Service grade and date of entry into State service.
