Summary:
The Moreland Act of 1907 empowered the Governor to appoint special commissions to investigate the management and affairs of any state agency, in this instance the Public Service Commission. This series consists of minutes of hearings, accompanying exhibits, a list of formal proceedings or hearings of the commission, a table of application before the commission for approval of bond and stock issues, and a report to the governor of findings of the commission.
