Organized in three subseries: Subseries 1, Stub Books for Loan of 1865, 1865-1866, 1 cubic foot (25 volumes); Subseries 2, Stub Books for Loan of 1866, 1865-1874, 1 cubic foot (23 volumes); Subseries 3, Stub Books for Loan of 1866, 1866-1874, 2 cubic feet (23 volumes). Within subseries arrangement is numerical by certificate number.
