This series consists of bonds, schedule of receipts for reimbursement of New York State stock and correspondence concerning
the issuance of bonds used for New York's defense. Bond information includes issue date, to whom, and for what amount; schedule
of receipts information includes reimbursement date, holders name, attorney, certificate number, certificate date, amount,
and bonds interest rate. Most correspondence is from bankers to the Comptroller's Office about the issuance of the bonds.
Also included are bonds issued by law.
