Scope and Content Note
This record series consists of the proceedings of the Commissioners authorized by a law of 1825, and the report of the commissioners to the Legislature. The volume contains the handwritten minutes and proceedings of the three commissioners - George Tibbits, Stephen Allen and Samuel M. Hopkins.
