They are arranged by type of apportionment such as common school teacher; book; academy; agricultural societies; state school moneys; orphan asylums; hospitals; dispensaries; and charity weekday schools. These accounts were kept in accordance with the Comptroller's duty to oversee the state's financial affairs.
