This series consists of forms submitted to the Comptroller's Office by the Corporation Tax Bureau (in the Department of Tax
and Finance). They request the Comptroller to issue refund checks to corporations for overpayment of taxes. Information includes
refund number; check number; name of corporation; date received by Audit and Control; and amount. Three categories of refunds
are included: credit due corporation, old suspense, and current suspense.
