Scope and Content Note
These standardized forms provide carbon copies of certificates authorizing the Deputy Comptroller and Second Deputy Comptroller, whose names are specified, to sign warrants or to audit accounts when the Comptroller is out of town.
In addition to the names of the Deputy Comptroller and Second Deputy Comptroller, the forms also are filled in with the period of time for which the authorization is valid and are signed by the Comptroller.
