Scope and Content Note
This series consists of form statements submitted to the Comptroller by the State Tax Commissioner which list parcels of taxable state land.
The lists give information on: acreage; description of parcel; location; and assessed valuation. This taxation was provided for by the Tax Law as amended in 1923.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
