Scope and Content Note
The series is one bound volume (labeled as "Book A") of accounts audited by the comptroller for monies due to the state treasury or owed to individuals or agencies by the state. Each entry shows name, date, brief description with amount due, and account balance. Each has a signed certification statement by the comptroller. An index appears at the end of the volume. Location of other volumes in the series (if any) is unknown.
