Scope and Content Note
Two volumes detail nurses' visits to patients at Matteawan.
Each entry provides the name of the patient and ward number and gives a brief description of his/her symptom or what he/she has reported suffering from. Some entries record types of drugs administered or if the patient refused to eat or take the prescribed medication. Occasionally the attending physician's name is recorded in the entry.
