Scope and Content Note
These are copies of signed forms stating that a patient had been searched prior to transfer out of Matteawan (later Fishkill Correctional Facility) to another institution.
The forms provide date of search and transfer, from where transferred, to where transferred, times of departure and arrival, consecutive number of inmate, inmate's name, result of search, and names and ranks of officers responsible for conducting the search and transporting the inmate.
