Microform is available at the New York State Archives through interlibrary loan.
The originals, held by the New York Historical Society, were published in Collections of the New York Historical Society for the Year 1869 as "Collection of Evidence in Vindication of the Territorial Rights and Jurisdiction of the State of New York Against the Claims of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and the People of the Grants who are commonly called Vermonters" (Volume 2). This published volume has a subject index including the New Hampshire Grants controversy.
