State Institution for Feeble-Minded Children, the Rome State Custodial Asylum, and the New York State Custodial Asylum for
Feeble-Minded Women at Newark, and the Brunswick Home at Amityville. Information includes gender; age; color; birthplace;
if teachable; how long epileptic; frequency of attacks; physical condition; mental condition; and general remarks on behavior,
condition, and ability to work.
