Summary:
The Board of Regents has been required to administer examinations since 1877. These reports by school principals contain summary
information on the number of students examined in each subject and the number of passing grades. Included is a list of students
taking the examination giving each one's name, age, address, and scores in each subject. Only fragmentary reports exist.
