Summary:
The series consists primarily of memoranda and preliminary subcommittee reports (often including statistical summaries and
charts) produced by the Committee on Special Classes which made recommendations for future programs, examined, commented on
and set provisions for the education of "exceptional" children. Also included is memoranda and correspondence dealing with
information requested for committee work. Also included are official proceedings of the conference and abstracts of other
conference committees.
