Summary:
This series consists of correspondence concerning policies, methods and procedures, regulations, and provisions of state and
federal laws relating to the financial administration of the State Agricultural and Industrial School. Most correspondence
is from state and federal agencies directing the superintendent to follow or be aware of rules or procedures for activities
such as ordering supplies; approving expenditures; administration of contracts; equipment depreciation and building construction
and repair payments. Also included are state or federal laws and lists of appropriations.
