Scope and Content Note
The director was empowered to issue necessary regulations to enforce rules adopted by the War Council. The regulations list procedures and rules to be followed, duration period, and effective date. They deal primarily with conditions during air raid drills and blackouts. Occasionally, pre-publication copies of printed regulations are included.
