name; occupation; wage rate; an unidentified alphanumeric code, possibly a wage or job classification code; and remarks pertaining
to the existence of an employee sponsor. For some workers, the remarks areas includes comments on the employee's personal
character, work habits, physical abilities and appearance, or familial responsibilities.
