This series consists of a binder containing a 300-page typed manuscript entitled, "Precedents on Impeachment." The manuscript
discusses the "customs, practices and proceedings" of the English Parliament regarding impeachment and reviews the history
of New York State constitutional and statutory provisions relating to impeachment. There is no indication of who prepared
this work, when, or for what purpose, although it might have been related in some way to Governor William Sulzer's impeachment
and removal from office in 1913.
