These descriptions of lots of land provide: lot number; boundaries; and number of acres in each lot. These lots, in a tract set aside by New York State, were to be granted to persons who had lost land as a result of the New York-Vermont land dispute. These records were created pursuant to orders from the Commissioners of the Land Office dated September 10, 1787.
