Portfolio of deeds (conveyances of real property) for individual lots in the Holland Purchase. Deeds are signed duplicate originals, and contain maps of lots conveyed. The deeds are standard printed forms, with particular information added in ink. The deeds have sewing marks on the left hand side, indicating that they were originally bound in a book.
