Scope and Content Note
The series consists of a daily journal of activities of the Commission, probably kept by the commission's Secretary. The day book covers the period from August 15, 1914 to November 7, 1914 and contains very brief (five or six lines) summaries of Commission correspondence, meetings, phone conversations, and visits, with information on persons involved and topics discussed.
