Scope and Content Note

This series contains copies of evaluations and reviews of plans conducted in order to establish a records program in the State of New York. This set was held by Division of Records Director Karl Hartzell, possibly as a model for the War Council's record collection program.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
