Summary:
This series contains materials documenting the meetings of the Office of Civilian Mobilization wherein its organization and
responsibilities were determined. Early meetings held in conjunction with other War Council agencies determined areas of program
responsibility between the various organizations; later, regional meetings were held among local war councils to coordinate
such activities as nursing recruitment, material conservation, and youth programs.
