Summary:
Microfilmed records include those created by both the Building Department and Tax Assessor's Office of the Town of Cheektowaga. Building records (1969-1994) include permits and related documents for new residential buildings, commercial buildings, and apartment buildings as well as permits for alternations and extensions to existing buildings. Tax records include assessments (1975-1992) for property within the town and school tax rolls (1976-1993) for property within each school district located within the town.
