Microfilm reproduces records of five different jurisdictions located in three counties. Records include Village of Allegany (Cattaraugus County) Board of Trustees minute books (1905-1998) and Board of Water Commissioners minute books (1905-1950);
Town of Andover (Allegany County) Town Board minute books (1926-1997) and Highway Commissioners' record books (dating back to 1815);
Town of Ashford (Cattaraugus County) Town Clerk's record and minute books (1824-1869, 1896-1998); and Town of Hinsdale (Cattaraugus County) Town Board minutes (1933-1997).
Also microfilmed are minute books of the Clymer Central School District (Chautauqua County) Board of Education (1935-1997) and records of predecessor school districts (back to 1838).
