Scope and Content Note
This series contains itemized statements showing all monies contributed to or expended by political committees on behalf of candidates running for public office during a special congressional election held in Monroe County. Each statement includes the name of the county which the committee represents, the treasurer's name, party affiliation of the committee, office being contested, date of the election, amount of money received, name of the sponsor or committee from whom money was received, date of receipt, amount of money expended exceeding five dollars, name of the person or committee to whom it was made, purpose and date.
