Summary:
This series consists of inmate medical and psychiatric reports used to determine the physical and mental condition of inmates
serving indeterminate sentences. Clinical staff also conducted scientific studies and psychiatric evaluations in an effort
to determine causes of criminal behavior and make recommendations for treatment, training, and employment of inmates. Records
may include inmate admission blotter; hospital history; social history summary report; admission classification; progress
notes; classification cards; pre-parole report; and records from other prisons in which inmate was incarcerated. Records are
restricted.
