Scope and Content Note
This series indexes two series. As an index for Series B1808, Maps of Lands Permanently Appropriated by the State of New York for the Use of the Barge Canal, it is arranged by county and then by last name of property owner. For Series B0292, Map and Plan Books of the Location and Construction of the State's Canal System, indexes are provided by division (eastern, middle, western), alphabetical by structure, and alphabetical by subject.
