Scope and Content Note
This series consists of an index to mechanical structures on various canals throughout New York State. The information provided is in a tabular format and contains the year; canal division (Eastern, Middle, Western); a description of the structure, such as bridge and abutments, culvert, or aqueduct; location of the structure; case, roll, and book numbers; and remarks.
