Scope and Content Note
This slender volume lists names of contractors in rough alphabetical order by first letter of last name. Included with each name is the proposal number (referred to as "proposition"), the nature of the work to be completed (sections, culverts, aqueducts, bridge superstructures, locks, waste weirs, etc.), and a numeric reference to a related, but unidentified volume(s).
