Summary:
This series consists of monthly reports detailing the receipts and expenses of the Thomas Indian School. The school was originally incorporated as a private institution, but received state aid. Reports include general fund receipts and disbursements summary; bank statements and certificate of indebtedness; statement of "home products" produced at the school; and abstract of vouchers. Itemized lists of expenses include food; clothing; hospital and medical supplies; repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment; office expenses; and travel.
