the State of New York. Most cases are voluntary dissolutions of incorporated companies. Other cases involve receiverships
of bankrupt companies, probate proceedings, and private suits in which the state had an interest. There appear to be no criminal
cases included. Included are names of Attorneys for opposing parties.
