Scope and Content Note
This series consists of galley proofs of the 1982 edition of "The Executive Mansion in Albany" by Isabelle Savell, produced by the Office of General Services as a 40-page booklet for visitors to the Executive Mansion. The proofs include photographs used in the booklet (approximately 100 photoprints), page layouts, and a copy of the 1962 booklet by Savell, "The Governor's Mansion in Albany," that the 1982 edition was based on. Included are views of the Mansion's interior and exterior, prints of governors' portraits, and scenes of governors with their families and with visitors to the Mansion.
