Scope and Content Note
These volumes are unidentified indexes to comptroller's tax sale records. Five volumes contain tract names and (apparently) purchaser names, with unexplained page numbers next to each name. A sixth volume is an alphabetical index to tract name (with lots on parcels entered under each tract). The reference for each entry is to an "old" number, a "new" number, or a "case" number, but the meaning of these references is uncertain. The other four volumes contain lists of personal or tract names and unexplained number references.
