Scope and Content Note
This card file indexes orders and actions such as: position appointments and salary increases; applications for sewage, water supply and special protection; trespassing actions; dam approvals; pollution cases; settlements of fire cases; permit issuances. Theses orders are arranged alphabetically by subject, for four different time periods ranging from 1911 to 1930.
